Manchester-Boston Regional Airport lands Spirit Airlines

June 16, 2021 | Spirit Airlines (NYSE: SAVE) has made the official announcement that they will serve Manchester, NH.


Spirit Airlines has been expanding, and Manchester, NH is now their 11th new city to be added to their network, and their initial flights will be to Florida, with service to Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Fort Mayer's, and Orlando.


MHT airport worked hard and has landed a new carrier


"We can't wait to welcome Guests from around Manchester onboard and show them why Spirit is the best value in the sky," said Matt Klein, Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer for Spirit Airlines. "We looked closely at what New Hampshire travelers want, and we saw a great opportunity to give them easy access to some great vacation destinations. We look forward to partnering with the community to kick off service, strengthening our local ties and adding more flights in the years to come."


Spirit is the fastest growing ULCC airline in the US, with new aircraft coming into the fleet as early as next year


MHT Aviation was not able to attend the event, but has made a comment: "With Spirit at MHT, we now have more options when it comes to traveling, for cheap as well"

Spirit Airlines four new Destinations from MHT


These destinations will begin at these dates:

  • Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) - 1x Daily (begins Oct. 7, 2021)

  • Orlando (MCO) - 1x Daily (begins Oct. 7, 2021)

  • Fort Mayers (RSW) - 4x Weekly (begins Nov. 17, 2021)

  • Tampa (TPA) - 3x Weekly (Begins Nov. 18, 2021)
